"Was in a centre, hotel staff are nice and well knowledgeable. Made my stay very comfortable. Restaurant prices inside hotel are quite expensive, except that everything is quite good."
"The staff was excellent. The manager at check-in (his name was forgotten) and the manager at check-out (Mr. Ismail) were very professional. They and their working staff took every effort to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The place is very clean. "

HOTEL AKMG TOWERS
10/10 Excellent
"owner and staff pretty good but too many dogs oustide main gates every time u enter or exit"
"My experience at The Madras Grand exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable, and their attention to detail was impressive.
My room was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and offered all the conveniences I needed for a relaxed and productive stay.
One of the highlights was the food. They were fresh and delicious.
The hotel also deserves special mention for its efficient housekeeping, prompt room service, and courteous front-desk team. Everyone—from the doorman to the manager—treated is with sincere hospitality. I’d visit them again."
"DO NOT STAY at this hotel.
This is the worst hotel I have ever like in. It is on a very busy road so the noise from the traffic is deafening. It is also next to a mosque so you get early morning wake up calls.
The hotel itself is very badly managed. The staff and managers are extremely rude. Some of the rooms have no windows and feels like a jail. The bedding was very dirty and they wouldn’t change it even asking numerous times. It truely is a tremble place to stay.
Never again!"
