"We had a small baby accompanying us for the visa interview. Our train was to leave at a later time and we asked for some extra grace time. Initially the staff was uncompromising on our situation. However, the Hotel manager Mr. Balaji was very helpful. Full marks for the hotel manager and none for his other uncompromising staff, who did not even care when we said we had a small baby and wanted to charge double the room rent."

"My short stay was not at a good time, being just 3 days after a severe cyclone that caused much damage throughout the city, including to the cable tv service. But the staff was friendly and the room service was very good. Would stay again if opportunity arose."

"nice and clean serviced apartments. ambiance might not be appealing like a hotel. had to wait for security clearances for entry, but that's highly appreciable for the benefit for a safer stay. Very nice and friendly staffs. In house food service and quality too was nice. To summarize, you could imagine a star hotel service with a personal butler at a cheaper price."
