Theatre Royal Haymarket

I was surprised when leaning on the window sill in the morning to discover it was sticky and on removal I had paint on my hand. Also the toiletry containers in the shower were both empty. I spoke to reception about both matters and the shower toiletries were topped up when we returned later that day. Having stayed in this hotel a number of times previously the excellent view remains a draw, however, we were disappointed this time with the overall experience.

Breakfast was plentiful, but not good. Room was not great

Rooms were spacious however the showers had a flawed gap on the doors so whenever you took a shower, water would leak out all over the bathroom floors. Very annoying
