I didn’t realize how far away this hotel was from bus stops or train stations when booking and found myself kind of stranded (I tried to walk to the bus stop 20minutes away and the streets immediately around the hotel are not designed for pedestrians). "Staff was friendly, but the kiosk to check-in felt less warm than a normal check-in. Room was clean and neat, the bed was hard which I've heard is possible for Japanese rooms. A bit odd that the best way to walk there from the train station was to walk through a large park, but it was fine."
