"I enjoyed my overnight stay at The Park Head Hotel.
The room with ensuite i stayed in was immaculate & well presented also.
This room had recently been refurbished as it was all new, the en suite was modern & finished to a very high standard.
I slept well at The Park Head Hotel & i was able to relax.
I would certainly recommend The Park Head Hotel to all & sundry afterall."
"Really good home cooked food at a good price too but hotel side of the pub was a little expensive considering breakfast wasnt included but it was comfortable and clean and nice for me personally to have memory foam pillows instead of feather filled ones. "
"Freindly staff, room was cozy had everything that was needed although bed was a little hard for my likeing but thats just personal choice, breakfast was probly best ive had in any hotel, hotel is close to local pubs, diners infact everything ,will definetly be using again."
"If I could give this place a 0 I would. We booked for 14 nights due to a work trip. We ended up spending 1 night in this hotel and left. It was filthy, it was horrid and it was just not up to any standards of a hotel. It seemed like a half way house - disgusting. I have attached some photos. We requested a refund for the 14 days as we only did one day here and we weren't allowed a refund. Expedia wouldn't even refund us. We will not be using Expedia ever again. Do not allow your kids or family...

Alot of work going on to the riverside area. Which will be impressive when complete
"We went for a northern soul event and also stayed there day and night everything was fantastic the room was very nice and clean the event was excellent if they put events like that on we would definitely be there again "
"Very nice property. sorrounded by nice golf courses and conveniently located near the city center. The bar and steak house are worth a try. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is beyond friendly and attentive."
"Very nice and modern hotel in the centre of Newcastle with everything on the doorstep. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the place was spotless. The breakfast option was tasty and plentiful and the dining area was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have Worcestershire sauce as an option, it would have made all the difference!
The room was quiet (as requested) and the bed was very comfortable. It was very warm so the air conditioning was welcome. The only downside to the room was the lack of a fridge/mini bar to keep things cool which I would expect as standard. Other than that, I can’t fault this hot and would recommend it."
