"Spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Sea view was great, even with the poor Northern weather. I ate at the Italian next door and decided to leave breakfast due to an early start so cannot comment on the food. The staff are great, and very helpful. I recommend the Roker. "

Friendly reception which meant I felt at home, right away. If I'm ever in the area again, the Lemonfield will be the number one choice for me. "Felt as if the cottage needed a really good clean,there was a lot of black mould in the bathroom,it needs an extracter fan the,the shower had no pressure and the lights had a motion sensor so kept going out.Bins haven't been emptied and are overflowing. We had to fix the front door because it wouldn't lock. For £30 a night it was okay but i wouldn't rush back. Sorry"
