"Good location, polite staff. Decent rooms"

"Great stay, very quiet, friendly staff and super comfy bed."

"Bang for buck"

"Only stayed one night so didn’t spend much time in the hotel but the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I would probably advise going early for breakfast if you are having it as things become a bit limited if you go later but what was available was very nice."

"Was outdated and the room smelt fusty, sofa bed was horrific! Staff especially the lady who was on the desk on arrival was super good and helpful."

"Great location"

"Great place to stay. Right next to the beach and restaurants close by."

"Older grand hotel that could perhaps do with a wee bit of sprucing up but can’t fault for value. Location right next to train station is perfect"

"Best hotel in Newcastle for my money. Clean, comfortable and very well run by the staff."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were refurbished and very clean. Staff were lovely and helpful and location was spot on, The Life Centre and the train station are minutes away!"
