"We chose this hotel as it said there was ample parking. We went out on the Saturday and there were no parking spaces when we got back. The area is all permit parking and the receptionist could not advise on where to park. "

"Room ok, bathroom great, staff spot on but building and room way too hot in March, noisy especially 6am deliveries to Waitrose and the doors to the rooms feel like the walls are going to collapse when they close!! Nice bed but shame we couldn't have a good night's sleep in it!! "

"Lovely big suite with large very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a good shower and two sinks. Bottles of water and tea and coffee making facilities were provided with biscuits and small chocolates to welcome us back which was a nice touch. Staff as always were very friendly."
