"Absolutely worth every penny. Easily the best hotel in Newcastle. Beautiful modern rooms, luxurious details, incredible food, and such friendly, attentive staff. We were greeted at the door and our bags were taken straight to our room. I’d 100% stay here again."

"The staff are really helpful. We had a probkem with the heating in our room without any fuss we were hiven another room. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. I opted for the continental breakfast which was good but I did think it was a bit expensive. The same price as the Full English @ £13.95!"

"Staff were all very nice, room was nice and big. Clean, breakfast was nice but couldve been a bit hotter. Pillows were like slabs of concrete. But we had a lovely time and will definitely be back. Good access to town and quey side. It was not free breakfast as indicated on survey, we had to pay £12 each if booked the previous day, which we did. Party of 4 people."
