"We stayed as a family and were disappointed with several aspects of the hotel. The room was dirty, the bathroom was grimy, and the furnishings were stained. When we complained on the first night, we were told no alternative rooms were available. The staff were not particularly friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt off. Only after Expedia intervened were we moved to another room. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory, and I would not book here again."

The rooftop restaurant where the breakfast is served it’s breathtaking! The hotel is located near everything you need and very close to the Gran Bazar, Sultanahmet square where there is a Tramway stop that gives you the opportunity to get everywhere without any stress. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know not only because of its location and beautiful features but because of its wonderful staff as well! Mirco "
