"While my recent stay featured some highlights, there were several issues regarding room comfort that I believe warrant attention. Upon arrival, I noted the bedsheets were damaged. Additionally, the mattress was uneven, which significantly impacted my sleep quality. I appreciate the staff's responsiveness; a team member arrived promptly to flip the mattress as a temporary solution. While I value the quick effort, the underlying comfort issue remained. The air conditioning unit was underperforming, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable room temperature. On a very positive note, the breakfast was excellent and easily the highlight of the stay. The service and food were impressive, but improvements to the bedding and HVAC systems would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"Seven Hills was excellent. The location was perfect. From the roof restaurant you could see the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia close up. The staff was extraordinarily helpful. The tours they arranged for us were excellent and reasonably priced. We could not have chosen a better place to stay in Istanbul."
