"The registration and check-in took a long time because the staff could not find the record of the reservation. The famous pool was closed for maintenance. The hotel breakfast is amazing. The room was lavish. The staff was sweet but useless: the checkout was early and the hotel took an order for boxed breakfast. Result-no breakfast. The staff member gave a 20 minute speech that she needs a 5 min to order the breakfast. "
