"As soon as I booked, the hotel guest relations team reached out. I mentioned it was a short break to celebrate my wife’s birthday and requested a Bosporus view room. To my delight, we were given that dream room, even though it was normally a higher rate. The room was clean and tidy, well-maintained considering its age. The breakfast was truly 5-star quality — varied, fresh, and delicious. Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel warmly welcomed. Specially, guest relation officer Ms Salma used to welcome us every morning and had a good chat and wellbeing. We returned home with wonderful memories of this stay.
