I liked the location, the security, the staging of the lobby areas, the room was clean and staff were all warm and friendly. I did not like that you could not enter one of the restaurants from the hotel, you had to walk in from the street.

Main restaurant is overpriced (5* Hotel!) for the type of meals served which in essence use low cost ingredients with minimal preparation effort required. Otherwise a great hotel, excellent staff especially at Reception, and comfortable rooms. Very central location in busy Istanbul.

Great location right in the heart of Taksim. Our room had an amazing view, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. While the room was a bit small for two people, the stunning view more than made up for it. A special thank you to our housekeeper, Bedriye, who was incredibly kind and kept our room spotless every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
