The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The hotel was beautiful, well appointed and the view from the roof bar / restaurant was spectacular. Food also excellent.

Hello, I am very disappointed that I booked a hotel and did not know at all that the hotel is under renovation. It's a shame that there was no update that the hotel is not in normal condition!!! The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, breakfast not up to the level of the price I paid for the hotel!!!!

The issue was rooms smelled really bad with smoke, people had smoke in all rooms, we switched booked another room and the other room people had smoke. I got a feeling they booked non smoking rooms to people who smoked to fill rooms. I usually don't leave reviews but when i pay $500 a night for a room I like to get what I was promised, not very cool.
