Honestly everyone's experience is different but my mine was bad. So many incidents occured during the stay from opening the door on me and male after he states that he knocked twice. The AC DOES NOT WORK if u visit in the summer then make sure u know AC is not available at night time, which i reported the issue to the manager multiple time and no resolve where taken. Also, elevator take time and peak time its turns to get in. Gym, needs alot of tlc. Do better and taje these pointing into consideration!!! Lastly, they are 3/10 when ut comes to cleaning. And Carpet its so old.

I loved the location which was close by to taksim square and walking distance to good restaurants and the fakers tower however the service is not of a 5 star hotel I would rate it 3.5 stars
