We had a great few days in Istanbul The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the most wonderful room. The hotel booked a cruise and dinner for us and a walking tour of the main sites a 10 minute walk away. Our Tour guide Eylem was amazing. Property was amazing with very friendly and helpful staff. Just to name a few.. EMIN and YELMIZ were amazing, went out there way to help with anything. We booked 2 rooms which were always kept clean.
