Absolutely amazing stay. The staff are fantastic. The room was spotless and well maintained. The hotel grounds are beautifully manicured. The location is very convenient. Everything at this property was absolutely amazing. The location is within walking distance to many sites. The hotel food was wonderful. Transportation from/to airport was seamless and worth every.single.penny. Above all, every single member of the staff at the Four Seasons was warm, welcoming, and excited to help in whatever way they could. The concierge facilitated dinner and hammam reservations, provided tour information, even researched the best lamp making class for us. They went above and beyond anything I could have imagined and even decorated my room for my birthday. Nightly fruit and treats after long days of exploring the city were just another example of how the hotel pampers its guests. The Four Seasons cat was a bonus. If there is one thing that distinguishes this hotel above other luxury hotels - it is their commitment to hospitality. I would not hesitate to book and I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Four Seasons for an unforgettable 6 nights in Istanbul.
