"The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and good quality food. The location of the hotel is great (Sirkeci is a very busy neighbourhood though) as the hotel is in walking distance to many touristic attractions. The swimming pool is very small but we were happy with the steam room, Turkish bath, and sauna. Overall, I recommend the hotel if you want to stay in the European side of Istanbul."
