Very good location for all the main attractions ,Breakfast was very nice and all the staff were very friendly,Very noisy area from sunrise untill sunset so if you are a light sleeper take earplugs.

Amazing location, it is in the heart of tourist spots. Extremely friendly staff with tremendous service. Arda, Sinan and a few others I couldn’t get the names of were all helpful. If I go back to Istanbul I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.

From our first arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean with good amenities providing a luxury feel (bath robe, slippers, amenities kits etc). Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety and friendly and helpful service. The pancakes are a must try. Location is fantastic. Walking distance to a lot of the sights and public transport. The WiFi was strong however you had to keep reconnecting which was very frustrating. Ambient noise was quite loud such as guests in the corridors or trams passing but would guess this was the age of the building. Finally, two bottles of beer and a G&T was over TL800. Extortionate but worth a second thought if you choose to have a drink in the hotel. Overall I would stay again. Comfortable, clean, friendly and great location.

The location is excellent, although it is located inside the old town zone (so taxis cannot go inside the zone and drop off in front of the hotel). The staff is fabulous .... very helpful and friendly. The porter helped us to transport our luggage down the street to the taxi. I was very impressed by the service quality for such boutique hotel. Definitely would stay there again!

The Hotel was very good. The only issue was getting from the airport to the hotel in a time lee fashion - it took an hour to be picked up after we communicated that we were waiting.

Nice staff. They helped us to carry luggage to the taxi which parked a block away. This hotel is located in a restricted zone so taxi cannot drop off or pick up directly from the hotel. The closest point to get taxi is about 100 meters away. The staff is very attentive.
