Very clean rooms, ideal location and very helpful and respectful staff

Hotel staff were so friendly and really made sure that everything was ok with my visit. They laid on a complimentary transfer from the airport which was really helpful. The room was clean and the shower was excellent.

I had a great stay at the hotel, very conviently situated as it was near the main sites. The terrace restaurant had fantastic views of the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Amiral Palace Hotel is a must for anybody visiting Istanbul. The property is located in the old town of Istanbul and is walking distance from the major sites of Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. The Hotel is beautifully designed and well planned with every amenity we needed for our stay. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and within walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and many other tourist spots. Tram line is also very close by. Staff went the extra mile and were available 24hrs a day to help us with everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely use Fer again.

Had a great stay for our 10th Anniversary. Our room accommodated us and our children comfortably. Staff were very helpful and approachable. Breakfast buffet had something for every taste. Great location for our main attractions all within walking distance and to use the tram system for travelling further out. This a lovely hotel in Sultanahmet. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and had air conditioning as well as heating. The staff, especially Sumayyah, were kind and welcoming, and looked after us during our stay. They were extremely helpful in all situations at all hours of the day and night, and even made sure we got to our hotel safely after we had issues with transport. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

I'd gifted myself a quiet weekend visit to the Hagia Sophia, and chose to stay at the Royan Hotel due to its ratings and its proximity to the site. The hotel made contact before I arrived offering any assistance I needed, and agreed to the request I made. Its exceptional customer service continued as the reception staff settled me into my room - with a lovely view of the Bosphorus and the Asian side. The hotel is in an area needing some renovation but is a great oasis in this neighbourhood. The amenities were good and having breakfast in their beautiful garden was delightful. Finally all the staff were extremely helpful, with Medina being a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely room . Modern, clean and comfortable with powerful walk-in shower . Hotel in perfect position only 5 minute walk from both the Blue Mosque + Arasta Bazaar and in the other direction, from Little Aya Sofya. Surrounded by cafés and some shops. We arrived at around 9.30am but were able to access our room immediately.
