10 Karakoy is fantastic. We were there for 9 nights. Great location for getting around central Istanbul on the European side. Great value for the price. Luxurious rooms. Great breakfasts. Special thanks to the staff, who went out of their way to welcome, assist, and spend time chatting with us. We miss them!

Great location and a nice boutique hotel conveniently located near restaurants and the Karakoy area. The staff wasn’t as friendly or around much, but can’t beat the location for the price.

I guess it was a one-time incident but my room was not cleaned second day. I raised my concern and ask cleaning when I arrived at hotel. It took an hour to het proper feedback. Finally, I received clean towels and complimentary water.
