I had a wonderful experience at the Sheraton Istanbul City Center. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Housekeeping was outstanding, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable.

I booked this hotel because it was conveniently located near the place where I had several appointments. I soon realized that it was an excellent choice—not only because of its proximity to the medical center, but also because it is conveniently located near Taksim and the city center. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to Taksim Square throughout the day, which was extremely convenient. The staff were excellent—courteous, respectful, and highly professional. My room was clean, spacious enough, well-maintained, and up to date. The hotel also has a restaurant, bar, and bakery, making it very convenient to have everything you need on-site. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Room was clean but they always came late to spread the beds and clean the room. Staff is extremely helpful. They offer decent breakfast wıth a plenty of Selections. Although there is a hourly shuttle service to Taksim square the hotel is nowhere near walking distance to any of the many shopping or historically relevant areas of Istanbul.

Sheraton is 15-20 minutes walk from Taksim. However, it makes with high standards across the board. The property is clean and classy. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast was typical high quality continental breakfast with some local flavor. I did not try the spa. The gym has a lot of equipment, way more than I anticipated. I stayed there for 5 nights with some friends, and we really liked our stay there.
