Great location, nice room we had a side view of the docks. The room is a little dated but clean and beds amazing. We had breakfast which was well worth extra money good selection and very tasty.

We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious.
Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it ’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...

We discovered once into our room that the bed was not a king size bed as booked so went downstairs to ask why. The initial response was that the bed was as booked but measurements prices otherwise. I spoke to Quentin the manager on duty and he was amazing. He apologised for the mistake and moves us to another room, bigger room, and provided a drink voucher each and breakfast. This was over and above what I was expecting as just the change in room would have been enough… Quentin went over and...

The Belgrave Hotel never lets us down. We have stayed here a few times over the past few years and it is always a great experience. The staff are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them, the rooms are spotlessly clean with everything you need for a break away and breakfast is spot on. I always highly recommend this hotel to family and friends

This was our second stay at The Rembrandt and we really couldn't fault it. It's now our go to hotel when we're in the area, one of the best we've stayed in in London.

We were greeted at reception by Alexander who was so friendly, polite and helpful.Such a credit to the hotel .
The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds comfy.
The hotel is ideally placed for theatres and lots of places to eat.
The Italian cafe over the road in Russell square garden is wonderful.
This was my second visit to the hotel and I will definitely return.

Extremely convenient location within walking distance of central London attractions, and good connections by public transport. Very simple checkin and checkout via kiosk. Room was clean and had all required amenities, including an excellent rainfall shower and separately enclosed toilet. Very effective blackout blinds and air conditioning made for a comfortable stay.
