"Checked us into a room with one bed even tho my res was for two beds, but he did correct it when I went back down. They are remodeling or something but there was no air on the very slow elevator and in the hallways. No towels at the pool. There were a lot of housekeepers getting on and off the elevator at 8am when we were trying to get to breakfast and since the elevators were so slow and with no air, that was a bit of an inconvenience. It was clean, tho, the breakfast was really good, the staff was very nice, the hot tub was hot, it was close to Universal so I would def stay there again!"

"Very convenient when going to and from Universal parks. Central location to food and shopping. We had a room credit that we could use in the cafeteria which had late hours and was also very convenient. And the Starbucks was a good one. Haha highly recimmend staying here."
