"Great hotel in super location"

"We loved the location of this hotel, it was walking distance to theaters and many top restaurants. The staff were always helpful and friendly. However, it needs some serious maintenance work. The shower never drained right, the second day we had to turn off the water three times in the middle of showering to let the water drain so it wouldn’t run onto the floor. After they tried to fix it we only had to turn it off once during each shower. We had water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom on three mornings. The first time it happened it was clear from stains on the ceiling that it was a recurring problem. So not sure we would recommend this hotel for those reasons."

"This was a great 4 star hotel. We upgraded the room for a studio and was worth the extra cost."

"Clean room. Shower didn’t drain very well. Tried to use online check in but digital key couldn’t be accessed and staff seemed to have no idea about the online check in process. Upgraded to exec but didn’t receive complimentary water. Friendly staff, greatly kept hotel, room was great (much better than photos give away!). TV was rather slow. A 50/50 experience."

"Hotel is okay, that's all. Noisy aircon makes it difficult to sleep at night. Bathroom is cramped for storing 2 guests' toiletries. Location pretty good, close to jubilee line. A lot of money for an average hotel. "
