Excellent hotel but not impressed that they charge for wifi and have a complex registration procedure requiring you to set a password just to access wifi !

Amazing hotel

Excellent hotel. Room clean & comfortable. Staff helpful & friendly. Fabulous breakfast. Nice bar for cocktails and bar snacks. Hotel in good position for sight seeing and walking along Marine Drive. Would throughly recommend.

LOVED Everything - Location (central & sea views), Staff, Service, Rooms (Spacious, Clean & didn’t have the humid/mouldy smell like other hotels in the city), Food (Restaurant & In Room Dining staff go out of their way to ensure your food experience is great!). Rooftop bar & lounge is a great option. Spa staff & Therapists were great & professional too - treatment was amazing. Will definitely be recommending & back if i can!🙏

Fantastic hotel, the staff tries to do everything to make the guest feel comfortable. Could provide transportation to and from the airport, without being an additional cost.

We stay here every time we come back to Mumbai and this year we noticed the service has been restored to what it was a few years ago (our last visit was not up to it's usual standard). This year I celebrated my birthday here and the hotel organised a birthday cake for me which was such a lovely touch. Thank you once again for setting our holiday on the right track.

Liked: Cleanness, Staff friendliness, breakfast presentation Didn't like: Wi-Fi was down for almost all day, cookies that should have been in my room every day showed a day before my checkout. Smell within the corridor at my floor.

The reception and dining area are exceptionally good. The breakfast was first class. Compliments to the chef. The rooms are a good average - clean and tidy. Location central to key attractions. Ticks plenty of boxes.

We stayed for three days in January. The hotel staff were all excellent and helpful, especially Nayim. We felt safe and easily walkable to all the main attractions in Colaba . Wonderfully quiet away from Mumbai's hustle and bustle but shops, and restaurants nearby.

I booked this hotel for a couple of days to spend with my parents in Mumbai. The staff were so lovely leaving us with such good memories of our few days in Mumbai. They were super helpful, very polite and dealt with any queries as soon as possible. They also made a cake and decorated the room with balloons for my mother’s birthday when I asked them for just a little something. They made a whole cake! Nice little hotel in am ideal location for those willing to explore Colaba and SoBo. Rooms are well done and staff is courteous

I stayed 2 nights.The hotel is up some scruffy steps between some shops but when you get to the second floor and go through the glass doors it is great.Very clean,cool,everything works,the staff are very friendly and helpful especially the main gentleman at the desk.It is quite near Colaba,and other places of interest.
