What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was so warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. The hospitality felt very personal and thoughtful, which made the experience even more special. These days, too many hotels of this calibre tend to cater primarily to a business clientele and disappoint in terms of quality of breakfast, gym facilities, and overall hospitality.
