"Check in was really quick, asked me what floor I preferred to sleep on.
Room spacious and modern.

"Best hotel on this trip, great location, not sure if I was upgraded but room great, well equipped clean and quiet. Check in (early without problem) easy and quick, definitely stay here again if back in Stratford."
"A lovely friendly welcome with an upgrade to a studio. The room was large, very clean with lovely views.
A restful stay, the only negative was the bed was a little too soft for what we are used to.
We enjoyed drinks in the bar and breakfast was great and offered plenty of choice.

"Stayed for one night as we were attending a concert at nearby Warwick. We arrived before our check-in time, but after a coffee we were allowed access to the room early. The room was lovely and clean with crisp white sheets and fluffy white towels. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but that’s personal preference. The bathroom was a little dated, but perfectly clean, although it had no bin in it. Also there was no hairdryer in the room, but possibly could have been provided if asked for.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. A very acceptable place to stay and I would recommend if you just need to basics of somewhere clean to lay your head with no fancy extras."
