"The staff are super helpful the hotels in the convenient location I believe the price is extremely high for the size of the room the size of the beds and the quality of the Interior fits and finishings no bathroom fan and a bathroom door that did not close correctly due to it not being fitted. "The hotel was great, if anything a bit overpriced for what you get. $700 for 2 nights/3 days; breakfast not included and no parking at the hotel. We were surprised that we had to pay extra for parking at a garage nearby. The room was nice but small, and we didn’t like the bathroom set-up; no sense of privacy when you’re showering or using the toilet. The bed was nice and big, super cozy! The ipad connection to the blinds, lights, and TV was super cool and easy to use. The location was super...

"Good value stay in the heart of downtown Seattle. Great service and was able to charge my EV which is a nice bonus. Rooms are good size and very clean for a heritage hotel. A bit basic on amenities, although the exercise room sounds very good. Only disappointments were having one elevator out of service (the one remaining elevator is very small). We also had a face cloth crumpled in our sink on arrival which was a bit odd (room was otherwise very clean). Overall a good stay and I’d...

"Front desk staff were very nice. The room was cute with a sweet towel animal on the bed at arrival. The baseboards and carpets need cleaning theoughout the hotel. The biggest concern was the homeless camping across the street. Ambulances called for an overdose at the encampment. Wouldn't walk the streets around the hotel. Even during the day the block was swarming with them. One man just relieved himself midday and didnt care who saw. Not the hotels fault...but safety was a concern."

"The location of the property is quite good as access to get in and out of the downtown core was easy. The hotel staff were very friendly (although short staffed in the food service area) and helpful. The hotel just needs some updates (the bathroom plumbing, dated carpet in room). The unhoused problem near the hotel made things seem a bit unsafe (lots of open drug use) Might stay again next time in Seattle."
