What a great hotel. We arrived early and not only were we allowed to check in early, we received an upgraded room on the 19th floor. We didn’t require our room cleaned as we were only there for 2 days and we’re able to block any housekeeping requests when we checked in. Never having been to Seattle before, we revived a map with attractions and suggestions of what to see. The pool was fantastic and we used it everyday to relax and unwind. The only aspect I would improve would be the shower pressure was really low; it was hard to wash the soap off. The beds were comfy and one night we slept for 10 hours. A great holiday.
