Good - Room was very clean and modern. WiFi was fast, have nice big screen TV, comfortable bed, private kitchenette. American buffet breakfast was included but it’s very limited, it includes diced hash browns, scrambled eggs, bacons, boiled egg, cereal, biscuits, muffins and DIY waffles. Bad - The body wash bottle in the bathroom was literally empty, I guess the housekeeping forgot to refill it. The kettle was missing in the kitchen. There was a dish liquid soap but no sponge provided.

Check in front desk clerk was very dull. No enthusiasm, no smile, no service. Shower has no soap, no shampoo stocked up. I have to go down to front desk to ask for some, and they took about 10 mins to give me some. Parking is easy and convenient, but a little expensive. USD$56 after taxes for 1 day. Lots of food and shopping nearby.

The property it’s self is lovely. They are short staff so the free breakfast was a disaster. They ran out of coffee, then eggs, oatmeal, fruit etc. the employees working the breakfast bar were annoyed and exhausted. It’s too bad because the food was really good when it was hot. I would stay there again if I had to,

The elevators and doors are all accessed only with the hotel key, so it gave a good sense of safety. Breakfast was included and the staff are very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here, and the location we were at. All staff members were kind and helpful. I did like that they were able to check me in early because I wanted to store mine and my girlfriends luggage’s, but they had an available room for me and asked if I wanted it sooner and we said yes. The hotel was clean and modern. I definitely will come back to this location again if I ever revisit Seattle again. There was an individual that was rude during breakfast time. I wasn’t aware of the breakfast hours for weekdays mainly because we stayed for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. And I wasn’t aware that they close breakfast 1 hour early. One of the workers was abruptly rude to me and my girlfriend and I believe the manager had implied that it would be ok for us to grab breakfast since I had told him that I would be quick about it. So to that gentlemen closing the breakfast area thank you for letting me and my girlfriend grab last minute breakfast meal. I really appreciate you and your kind words. For the other rude person. You were mean and rude. And I hope you learn from this experience. I will definitely recommend this location and hotel. Me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay here.
