No room service is available. You have to physically go to their restaurant if you want food. Also, they said housekeeping would only service my room if I requested it. I did not request service, but they came in anyway and took away some alcohol. When I reported this, the first person I dealt with didn't do anything about it, but the next day I talked to a manager who was great and reimbursed me for my lost property.

Great location, with super friendly staff! The gym is fantastic if you're into that, the breakfast buffet is great, too! Overall an excellent experience. My only gripe was that the wifi was quite slow, but overall would stay there again!

Good-sized room, well appointed. Friendly staff, although they charged me twice for the room -- once on the card I used via Expedia and 5 separate charges on the card I put on hold for incidentals (I did not have any incidentals) and it took me several conversations and 5 days for it to get completely sorted out. Also, our room's thermostat didn't work. We turned it to 55 and it was about 72. But everyone was nice, and tried to help when asked. I couldn't abide the $51 USD valet parking fee so I self-parked in the next block.
