What we didn't like was our check-in with Anne. Very unprofessional, confrontational, wasn't able to answer simple questions about the hotel. We also did not like how loud it was. There was a party going on until 2 am outside our room. The walls are paper thin. We could hear all conversations and yelling as well as balls dribbling above us. What we liked was the way the front desk resolved our issues and listened to our concerns. Everyone (with the exception of Anne) was lovely to deal with.

Very clean and HUGE rooms. Staff was so friendly (EVERYONE at the front desk, Starbucks & housekeeping) also the room service was fast and I think I had the best grilled cheese in my life. Great experience overall!

The desk staff were very helpful in attending to all of our requests. Instant and plentiful hot water. Good bar. This is a really good, solid, if not flashy, hotel.
