I was excited to stay here, but it was not at all what I would expect from a Hilton hotel. I’m very disappointed with this hotel. First, the parking situation was awful. It cost $19 a day to park outside, usually far from the entrance and you have to walk all the way around the hotel to the front door to get in because they closes the other exits. The sink was clogged. I asked the front desk to have someone fix it, they said they would send someone up and no one came. The next day we asked again and once again nothing was done. I asked for room service twice and no dice. No one was sent. I asked the cleaning lady as she passed our room if she was coming back and she informed us we were not on the list. We paid her out of pocket to come back and clean once she was finished with her other rooms. Nothing special, just needed clean towels, toiletries, etc… lastly and most importantly, we had to walk up and down 7 flights of stairs multiple times to get to and from our room because all three elevators weren’t working. For someone who has had three knee surgeries, this was painful. When we came down the stairs one of the times someone from the front desk jokingly asked what we did to the elevator. I didn’t like the joke. He did not apologize for the inconvenience either. Huge waste of money staying here.
