The staff was very friendly and the property is located right downtown. I was a bit shocked at the price of parking but a voucher we received from Expedia made it a bit more affordable. Easy walk to shopping and dinning options. Pike Place Market is about 15 minute walk.

Great hotel near restaurants and downtown attractions. Close to monorail to space needle and light rail to airport. Only negatives were hard mattress and poor service/limited menu at onsite restaurant. However onsite restaurant was not part of the hotel and we found other places to eat. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was good. Public areas we’re comfortable and attractive. Rooms were good size.
