I have stayed before and I will again. The amenities are minimal but sufficient and there is a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Bed comfortable. Staff very polite and ready to assist. Location at Virginia Mason Medical Center, and handy to many "pill hill" medical centers and clinics. Plenty of restaurants, drug store and convenience stores nearby.
Now. This hotel is not for everyone. Though clean and they obviously try to maintain as best they can, the building is very old, as is plumbing, and room decor has not been updated for a really long time (though matress, pillows and bedding are new enough). I like having a real table and two chairs. But cracks in plaster and tiles, plus chipped paint are everywhere so be ready for humble not elegant. Also...be aware of your surroundings when outside, this area is near courthouse and many social service offices.
So. Price and location, polite staff are my reasons for staying here.
