Overall the hotel was great. My complaints were only 2 of the 5 elevators worked so we had to wait 15 min for an elevator and then cram in with a dozen or more other people. Parking was super expensive, though that’s just a Seattle thing. The restaurants were also way overpriced for the quality of the food. Wear good shoes because there are lots of steep hills

The property had 3 or 4 broken down elevators and only one functioning elevator. I stayed here a week ago and it was the same issue. It seems they have no intention of fixing this issue. As another guest shared with me that she stayed here several weeks ago and the issue was ongoing even then.
