Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
This is a VIP Access hotel, but we were not offered any upgrade (plenty of room in the hotel) or other amenities.
Breakfast was included in our reservation, but we chose to pay to eat elsewhere. The food was simply bad.
The restaurant's menu is slim and they shut down when they feel like closing. Which is especially important to know since most places close early in the city and you may not be able to eat if you wait too late. (past 9p)
The hotel is in a great location. Central to all of the sights. However, it is not a great area. You will be harassed upon entering and exiting.
The parking structure is at least 6 floors and does not have an elevator. And there is no valet, even though the website claims that there is. You will have to walk up and down the stairs each time.
You have to request that your room be serviced and even then, it is spotty as to whether it will happen.
The room was dated and poorly maintenanced. Things seem to be patched and held together with duct tape.
The staff does not seem to care about service at all.
It was a functioning hotel, but i can't say much good beyond that.
