"I booked a standard room, which was described as having a living area, kitchen. And private bathroom. I was shocked to find that the kitchen and living space was common, to be shared among 3 rooms. This was not mentioned anywhere on the booking site. What was worse was that the entry to the bathroom was through the common living space, not through the bedroom. The hotel manager insisted that this was a private bathroom. They refused to change the room. I felt unsafe staying in such an...
