"It was my second time staying at The Leela and I loved every second of it! A beautiful hotel with lovely staff and a great Spa! Couple of improvements I'd suggest is the rooms are looking a little tired - lovely, nonetheless, but could do with a little freshness. The other thing would be for the breakfast staff to be a little more proactive - clearing used crockery etc Minor changes, but I would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff was fantastic. Perhaps the best of my 2.5 week travels in India. The reeon, however, was filthy. I made the mistake of not confirming a non-smoking room. Not only did the room smell like an ashtray, when I sat at the desk to do some work, I noticed black bits clinging to my hands and forearms. When I then wiped the desk with a damp hand towel, the towel became black. "

"A fabulous hotel on the beach in a very lively area of Mumbai. The club was the best we have visited out of many hotels we have visited in mumbai. However the renovation works were noisy (although we were compensated for this). I would definitely stay here again after the renovations are finished."

"The room was given to us as a family room, but after the extra bed that was added for my son, there was hardly any room to walk around. We had to get the extra bed changed as the mattress spring was poking through the mattress. The staff was friendly and efficient, as they changed the bed when requested."

"This hotel is in easy reach of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are clean, service is good. Would be nice if they had a dining room , instead of breakfast served in your room. Overall a convenient place to stay short term or a stopover before or after flights. "
