"Great staff, great stay, the room was in great condition and it was set up exactly the way we needed. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Amenities were great, they had everything that you could need. The only point I would add is the the shower could have a sliding door to keep the water inside but otherwise no complaints at all."

"Breakfast was good enough"

"very lovely stay"

"Needs more cleaning in bathrooms "

"No support, they declined the reservations and took significant time to sort out the issue. Initially asked to pay extra to do a fresh booking. Hotel team only confirmed its much over price I paid. Pathetic say, wont recommend any one for Parle Inn or Expedia any more in future. Room was also very bad and not matched as shown in photos."

"Comfortable stay near airport, good breakfast and friendly staff,"

"The service was excellent"

"Excellent place to stay!!!"

"nice breakfast and staff and close to shops/area"

"Great staff and nice restaurant"

"Close to the airport, clean and great value."

"The best thing about this room was free WiFi . Also air conditioning, tv - but couldn’t always get it on . Offered a free hot breakfast but didn’t include fresh fruit or juice for those wanting something simple. The whole room was about the size of a bathroom. Fitting one double bed only and a separate room with a toilet and shower directly above the toilet . The room was not cleaned during my stay. Should not be ranked a three star hotel. Bottled water was not complementary . "

"washroom and room were quite small"

"The room was very small and suffocating. It was dirty and matched nothing as was shown on the website. The name of the hotel physically was also different. It looked like a scam to me charging so much for poor quality stay. The lift was not working during my checkout check out at "

"Room was comfortable, clean. location was good. Staff very polite and helpful. We had room service, food was good,"

"Our experience at MyOtel Santacruz was phenomenal. The hotel is beautiful, inside and out. The staff was warm, curteous, helpful and just plain nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Even the guardsmen at the gate were nice. Id go back there again and highly recommend it to my friends and family."

"A disappointment, would not recommend anyone to start there, there are no kitchen facilities, you eat in your room Shower & toilet very tiny space Bed really hard "

"Small room, but very efficient- lots of counter space in the room & bathroom. They had a usb power source by the bed, but unfortunately it was broken. The other power wall plug-ins worked fine"
