"I don’t like the location as too much traffic and when I called Uber, the Uber drivers gets confused and they go to Terminal 1, Mumbai to pick up rather than Taj Santacruz EVEN THOUGH I put pick up location as Taj Santacruz. Also, the WiFi at this Taj is terrible and disconnects every 30 seconds!! I have stayed only at Taj while traveling to Mumbai and have stayed at The Taj palace hotel in Colaba and also at Taj LandsEnd in Bandra and both properties are awesome. I will not stay at Taj Santacruz again ever. Very mediocre experience which I don’t expect from Taj hotels. "

"We had a very nice stay. Started and ended with the warm welcome of Manasvi. In the restaurant we were welcomed with a smile every time by Ms. Thani at the restaurant welcome desk who was very hospitable and good for a small chat to provide good info about what to do in the evening in the hotel. Lokesh helped us very well at the dining table and frequently asking kindly if anything else is needed. The highlight of service was a girl from Mussoori - we did not catch her name at the several times we met, since it was at closing time and we were engaged in conversation or she brought us something to try as well. She is very service oriented, works with a smile and is very enthusiastic about her work and that of the whole restaurant team. Keep up the good work 😃The buffet is highly recommended and don’t forget to grab a fresh masala chai."

"Ideally located on Juhu Beach with amazing sunsets. Large bedrooms/bathrooms are dated and in need of refresh. Fine for a one night stay only. "

"It was my second time staying at The Leela and I loved every second of it! A beautiful hotel with lovely staff and a great Spa! Couple of improvements I'd suggest is the rooms are looking a little tired - lovely, nonetheless, but could do with a little freshness. The other thing would be for the breakfast staff to be a little more proactive - clearing used crockery etc Minor changes, but I would definitely stay here again!"

"Few issues: 1. If we book via Expedia, we lose from privileges like a) No free Shuttle from airport b) No free Breakfast But it is not mentioned in Expedia app when we book. 2. The room had some snacks like Chips, Kit-Kat, Nuts. But we missed a hidden note on the side that said, it will all be charged. "

"A fabulous hotel on the beach in a very lively area of Mumbai. The club was the best we have visited out of many hotels we have visited in mumbai. However the renovation works were noisy (although we were compensated for this). I would definitely stay here again after the renovations are finished."
