"Fantastic place to stop if you’re only in Mumbai for the night or a short stop over. Staff were extremely pleasant. The rooms very spacious and a very comfortable bed Dinner options not fantastic for vegetarians but the serving staff (Rajesh) went out of his way to communicate my personal ingredients to the chef and made me a custom meal. So a great service overall"

"The best thing about the Novotel Juhu Beach is the staff. They are amazingly attentive and hospitable. The restaurant food is also excellent The hotel does have a bit of a run down feel. The beds are pretty hard, in case thats an issue for you. The worst part is probably the beach. Not the hotel's fault but it is the dirtiest beach i have ever seen."

So far they maintained Cleanliness, Well Trained Staff, Well Location of Beach to the Property, Breakfast is so so. Not worth the money. Not what I expected from the Management. This Property NEEDS BIG TIME RENOVATION OF ROOMS & FLOORING. OR LET SOME OTHER OUT FIT RUN THIS HOTEL, SO THEY CAN FIX ALL THE ISSUES. SO IT CAN BRING MORE BUSINESS & bring old memories Back."
