"Front desk staff are attentive and efficient. Room was comfortable. The mattress was excellent. Four full-size pillows, although a little too spongy for me. I’d suggest offering a different pillow style on two of them. Superb shower and water pressure. Breakfast opens at 6:30am and is the star of the show at this hotel. Numerous options include traditional English offerings, an egg station where they do whatever you ask, and do it well. Traditional Indian offerings are plentiful, and vary from morning to morning. A Dosa station opposite the egg one. Fruits, breads, yogurts, cheeses, etc. are all excellent quality. And the coffee is so good that I never used my Aeropress in room that I always travel with. The breakfast servers are friendly and helpful. I especially wish to thank Hashim and Aryan for their friendliness and service. "

"I had a wonderful stay at The Leela in Mumbai. The service was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the entire hotel felt clean, fresh, and very well-maintained. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping the room spotless every day. The only slight downside was that the leadership among the breakfast buffet staff could have been more organized. Overall, I still highly recommend the hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"The property is beautiful clean but nothing around it for you to go out to eat but Uber readily available. I wrote several emails to the hotel but got no response as we staying to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary no effort was made by the hotel. Check staff did not advise us about breakfast hours or any other information. You had to search on your TV in your room about the hotel. Overall the stay was very nice and would recommend to others. "
