"I will definitely be returning to this Hotel. Everything was perfect no problem Friendly staffs. They clean your room with no hesitation. Noone bothers you. I frequent that area but not on that side. I liked it. I can recommend the Wave Hotel to anyone that like quiet areas and Noone that bothers you. The only negative part is that the Hotel is freakishly COLD, hallways and rooms are freezing and they need to at least replace the hot tub because it wasn't working. But like I said The Wave Hotel should be on of ya common to stay Hotel. "

"We had a problem with our a/c. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. I would recommend and if I visit Old San Juan again I would definitely stay here. It was quiet, clean and they have jacuzzi’s on the rooftop along with stone baths on the rooftop. "
