Overall experience started from the valet which set the rest of the mood. I had reserved three rooms expecting 3 car valet spaces, which we did get but you must expect that each car must have a different phone number which became a big deal with the valet staff. Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio Riverwalk
Under construction so not very safe. Valet was not worth it. Called prior to booking to ask about extra deposits or charges and they said no but once checking in they asked for a deposit.

Element San Antonio Riverwalk
Staff was very friendly. The hotel extremely clean and well maintained. The room we booked was perfect. Bathroom was one of the biggest I've ever seen in a non suite room. We will be using the element for all our stays in San Antonio.
