"The room was cleaned poorly. Pretty sure the wet towel after the shower cleaned the floor better than they did. The breakfast was a joke you had your choice of white bread a juice, a waffle or stale cereal. Everywhere you look something was broken or if it was “fixed” it was a land lord special. Definitely a place where they give homeless people a voucher to stay the night kind of vibe. Saw several drug deals go down in the parking lot. All sheets and bed spreads were stained. Keys had to be reprogrammed everyday at least once. Beds were hard as rocks. Half the wall plugs did not work. Tv did not work. Remote was broken and they would not fix it. Ac would never get cold. Even though told them 4 people would be staying in the room they would only have one towel in the room and when asking for a towel you had to go to the front desk to get it and he did not want to give you more than one towel at a time. "

"The rooms were cleaned and the staff engages as you pass them. Family friendly with lots of activities for the kids to do on the resort. One of the slides at the waterpark was down so we didnt get to get on it during our stay."
