"The staff was great very patient and understanding. I thought check in time was at 11am but it was at 3pm. He was checking the status of the rooms for us. He offered us to stay until they were ready. We ended up going to a nearby mall. The rooms were spotless and smelled nice. There was a nice note left for us as well. "Wonderful experience with my Husband and kids. It was only one night but had a good clean and safe time. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and fresh from 6:30-9:30am. The Christmas deco was festive and cheerful. Vivian was a pleasant and filled with Holiday cheer as we took pictures with the kids under the Christmas tree. We will be back next year.
