The hotel is overall great! We stay there every single time we come to San Antonio. The rooms are very large and are always extremely cold, which is great. The only complaint that we have is the parking. If you get in late in the evening, we may have to park pretty far. They do have great security.

It is a dated hotel and the room smelled musty probably from the AC. It is nice they serve breakfast but it is same menu everyday (stayed for 4 nights) and very basic. Our room was not cleaned because we were told from the receptionist that we had the please don't disturb sign overnight. I guess they check the tag at 6am and if it is on the door, they don't clean it that day.

We stay here because it is convenient for us to the places in San Antonio we plan to go to. It's pretty clean, we didn't partake of the breakfast, our only complaint is they need better pillows. I don't know when hotels started using marshmallow sized pillows, but they are annoying.
