"Had to call to get the tub fixed but was given free breakfast"

"My low rating has nothing to do with the cleanliness of the room or the property. My biggest stripe was that we paid $10 for parking for the duration of my stay. I was told by front desk that they started charging for parking because they have security now in the parking lot due to break-ins of vehicles. Two times that I returned from nightly festivities. I saw the security guard park in a van and one spot on his phone doing God knows what. Walking out Sunday morning after checkout I counted eight windows broken on eight different vehicles in the parking lot they were broken into what that tells me is the security was not doing his job. I’m sure the front desk heard an earful from all the people that were affected by the break-ins. I will probably choose to stay elsewhere due to the events of my stay."

"Breakfast was freshly cooked. Staff was amazing and very friendly. The room was clean and ready when checked in."

"Breakfast was the only positive thing about the stay at this particular location. Hallway carpet had outside debris and small pieces of cut up paper from check in to check out so obviously it was never vacuumed during our stay. One room was musty and the bathroom smelled. Curtains in our rooms didn’t fully close so the bright light in the parking lot shone through. Have a hair clip or something to secure the curtains for privacy as well as darkening the room to sleep comfortably. One of our rooms had a dead roach as soon as we walked in the room. Very poor room lighting, it was too dark to see in the closet. No place to put your clothes while you shower; the only hook in the bathroom was for the towel. The elevator had a sticky spilled substance that led out to an area that had several dried sticky spots on the tile, which remained that way until our check out. The housekeeping staff were polite and helpful as was the woman working the front desk. The young man working his shift was not quite as welcoming. We arrived about 20 minutes before check in, and were prepared to sit and wait as we had a long drive. His first response was a stern “you just have to wait”. Pool does not appear to be maintained as it was filled with leaves and particles throughout our stay. I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed for my family members as I made the reservations but won’t visit this location again. "
