"Clean room , great location"

"Well first you have to ask for your room to be cleaned because they clean every other day ok but when you ask for them to clean and change towels and take out trash and then you get back after a long day went for a graduation and your room is still the way you left it well that is not good i even asked the lady in front before we left to please make sure our room got cleaned so i went downstairs and asked why wasnt my room cleaned she just said she didnt know i told her i was going to put the trash out by the door she didnt say anything i wanted then to see on the camera maybe someone would take it out but sure enough it was there the next morning when we left. Any way will never stay here again I only stayed because my sister and neices said it was a very nice hotel not true i will stay at my regular hotel like i usually do!!!!!!!"

"The blinds were broken they wouldn't close i reported the day and they were never fixed i stayed 3 days i had to use hair clips so the sun would not come in"

"When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!"
